Tonight I saw guerrilla historian and photographer Steve Duncan give a slideshow presentation at the AIA about his explorations of urban infrastructre, mostly in New York, and mostly sewers and underground streams (with a smattering of bridges and subway stations to round things out). I’ll say something more about it tomorrow if I get out of work at a reasonable hour, in the mean time you can take a look at his photos of bridges, sewers, and such.
